This is the most organic way to keep yourself moist, plus you can be assured not to get any allergic reaction and it won’t cost as much as a facial cream, moreover in the combination with lemon juice it is a great way to make skin brighter.  And of course you should remember to drink lots of water, which is gluten free, calories free, and the easiest way to improve your skin condition.

The end of summer doesn’t mean the end of all the fun, winter brings loads of other activities to enjoy. Sleeping is very important to help our body rest and get more energy to fight against the weather and depression. Now I know it may be difficult for students and workaholics out there, but it is totally worth to try and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Firstly it will reduce the puffy sleeping bags under your eyes, because, obviously sleep deprivation is the main cause of such, moreover it will help you to improve your mood.
