Not made in China

In the Netherlands, the Chinese cuisine has been popular for almost a century. Many Chinese restaurants, however, do not serve traditional Chinese food due to the fusion between Chinese, Indonesian and other Asian cuisines after the re-immigration of Indo-Dutch soldiers and their families. The authenticity of Chinese food is still commonly misperceived among the Dutch population.
